The fully equipped kitchen is set up for real cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics and dishes you need. A large kitchen island and a dedicated dining table give the whole group a place to gather, whether it's a slow morning before hitting the beaches or a relaxed dinner back at the house.

Outdoor living
The screened patio offers sheltered seating and a fire table - ideal for warm summer evenings when the air is still and the backyard feels like your own private stretch of calm. The open, grassy backyard looks out over the lake, giving the group a peaceful place to decompress after a day out.

Free driveway parking is available on premises for up to four vehicles. Self check-in via a smart lock and a private entrance make arrival simple and flexible - no coordination needed.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
