Upon entering Fullerwood Family Cottage, you are welcomed into a warm, character-filled home with original details, hardwood floors, arched openings, and inviting spaces throughout.



The main level includes the living room with Smart TV, dining room, kitchen, sun-filled Florida room, two bedrooms, one full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a powder room conveniently located near the kitchen. The thoughtful layout makes it easy for everyone to gather while still offering cozy spaces to spread out and relax.



Upstairs, you will find a secondary living area with Smart TV, a dedicated workspace in the loft, two additional bedrooms, and a full bathroom.



Detached from the main house is an air-conditioned bonus space housing the washer and dryer, a second dedicated workspace, bicycles, and beach gear.

Guest Access:

🏠 Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, detached air-conditioned bonus space, and private fenced backyard.



The detached space includes the laundry area, second dedicated workspace, bicycles, and beach gear.



Access to the home is provided via secure keyless entry. Your unique access code will be provided prior to check-in.

🗺️ Fullerwood Family Cottage is located in Fullerwood Park, a charming residential neighborhood just north of St. Augustine's historic district.



The area offers a quieter, neighborhood feel while keeping you convenient to San Marco Avenue, Uptown St. Augustine, local restaurants, coffee shops, and many of the city's historic attractions.



It's a wonderful home base for guests who want to experience St. Augustine beyond the tourist district while still staying close to downtown and the beach.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking: Restaurants, coffee shops, and several Uptown attractions are accessible from the neighborhood. Downtown St. Augustine and St. George Street are also within easy reach, though walking distance will vary depending on your destination.



🚲 Biking: Guest bicycles are provided and offer a fun way to explore Uptown and nearby areas of St. Augustine.



🚗 Driving: The home offers convenient access to downtown St. Augustine, Vilano Beach, and the beaches of Anastasia Island.

🐾 Dog-Friendly: Up to 2 dogs are welcome. A $150 pet fee applies per pet, along with a $250 refundable pet deposit. Dogs must remain leashed when outside the property and where required by local regulations.



📌 Extended Stays: Reservations of 21 nights or longer require an additional $100 deep-cleaning fee. We will coordinate payment after booking.
