From the time we arrived, staff wasn’t friendly and acted like they were inconvenienced to check us in. You could never find anyone at the front desk. One front desk lady was clearly making fun of us—not sure why or what she saw but the smirk on her face and no eye contact was bothersome. We had to ask for simple things like towels (no hand towels or wash cloths provided at check in and only one bath towel). They never came to our room to clean, give us new soaps, towels, etc. There was a sign that said every other day but in 4 days never once came. We had to ask for the things we needed. Not the cleanest room and disappointed that we weren’t given any Hilton honor points or perks like waters (would have been nice) because we were told that we had repaid for the rooms at a “discounted” price through a “third party” (Expedia). Was hoping die a nice experience…but it wasn’t. Giving 3 stars was being gracious on our part…
