An early check in is always difficult to swing on weekends,especially saturdays due to it being the busiest day of the week for checkins. And fortunately we have been sold out for the last week. However I do understand the discontent over the carpet cleaning and i do apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused you. As a hotel in order to keep things fresh and modern, we're tasked with the upkeep no matter how untimely that maybe. Luckily toilet paper and tissue are an easy fix.
