After booking unit message was sent to Monique making sure that the unit had a Keurig. She responded that the unit did have a Keurig. There was no Keurig in the unit. There was a green coffee pot that did not work a piece of junk that overflowed and didn’t put all the water or coffee in the Container. No hot water the first night.unit was very cold no heat all during our stay. unit had a space heater, but it did not work. Monique did nothing to help us so cold in the unit that we could not take showers. Monique messaged my husband that there was someone on site to help with the units issues. No one contacted us. The experience was terrible. Beware. The pros were nicely, remodeled unit, location, good for walking downtown, motion activated, light in parking area and back door. Entry parking behind unit was provided, which was good.
