Schöne Deluxe-Wohnung mit neu renovierten Bädern und mehrere Upgrade-Funktionen im gesamten. Das neue Master-Bad verfügt über eine begehbare Dusche mit Treppenstufen-Wand und Fliesen-Surround. Die geräumige Küche verfügt über Flussfelsen auf dem Rückspiegel und Wänden. Das große Zimmer bietet reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten und verfügt auch über einen luxuriösen Elektrokamin für köstliche Nächte oder Ambiente, wenn Sie es wünschen.

Es gibt ein Plüsch-Bett im Schlafzimmer, eine Königin und ein Zwilling im zweiten Schlafzimmer und vier Einzelbetten (Etagenbett) im kleineren dritten Schlafzimmer. Es gibt 3 große Flachbild-TVs in der großen Zimmer, Schlafzimmer und Schlafzimmer 2 befindet. Privates Wi-Fi wurde zu diesem Gerät für ununterbrochenen Service hinzugefügt. Love this property. Huge community pool, hot tub. Beach is ideal. Grocery stores close by. Restaurants too. Only thing we don’t like is the 10am checkout time. That’s really early.

Overall really happy with our stay. The only down fall that there is no way to clean up messes easily with little kids. A dust pan would be a nice addition, especially with all the sand from going in and out.

Great unit, close to pool and beach. We love Colony Reef.

Check-in was a breeze and flexible. The unit was clean and we loved being on the bottom floor. The unit is very close to the pool and beach. Family room was great. Kitchen could use some additional items such as mixing bowls, plastic containers with lids, plastic cups, etc. Would be great to add a ceiling fan to the patio, family room and guest bedroom.

Stay in St. Augustine

Overall it was a very nice place to stay....the bunk room isn't very big when you put four kids and their luggage in it but we made it work. The dining table is pretty crowded when you have eight people around it too. The week we were there the weather was FANTASTIC so we spent a lot of time out of our unit which worked out good given the size. The beach is wonderful. The pools, hot tub, games room and other amenities are all very nice and well looked after. We had a maintenance issue which was looked after quite quickly. We would definitely stay here again!!

All was well. A bit smaller than expected and not as clean as we’d hoped. Great location...easy access to pool and gorgeous beach. We appreciated being allowed access several hours early. On departure day, a man entered the condo without knocking telling us he heard we’d left. Very scary and uncomfortable. He should have knocked regardless. Great security, appliances were finicky. Dishwasher, especially, needs work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 plus 2 more relatives had a great time at CRC 1106. The ground floor access really opened up the space since we could use the patio as an extension of the condo. A word of caution to families with teens: the 3rd “bedroom” is big enough for 4 bunk beds and that’s it. It’s really intended for little kids, not teenagers. My girls slept on the bottom bunks and were okay, but the lack of space for suitcases was an issue for them. We still had a great time and didn’t really stay inside much with the pool and ocean so close to the room. The Colony Reef staff was very attentive to any and all concerns, not for our stay, but you could tell they were constantly addressing issues from other guests.

We usually stay at a different condo complex on Anastasia Island but this one is much nicer. We loved the indoor pool. Three minor complaints. A real BBQ (propane) would be nice. The George Foreman electric thing just doesn't come anywhere close to an true BBQ. Also, my wife and I both found the master bedroom mattress to be uncomfortable. Lastly, later hours on the hot tub would be good. As posted, it closes at dusk. However, in October, it's dark quite a while before a normal bedtime and is closed during prime hot tub time.

We had some unfortunate circumstances to take place with the unit/condo itself. However, the staff at the condo was responsive and helpful in every way. Stuff is going to happen. Things are going to break. It’s how you respond to it that makes the difference, and Colony Reef staff made all the difference in the world!We will most likely stay in Colony Reef again, but a different unit. I believe we provided feedback the last time on the poor quality of the Master bed’s mattress. It seems a mattress topper was put on since, but it makes no difference. We aren’t bed snobs. We can’t afford to be. However, this mattress feels like a slab of concrete. It hurt our backs each night, and that’s not a typical complaint from us. I’m assuming the owners just don’t want to invest in the upgrade. Otherwise, besides that and the broken washing machine that leaked transmissions fluid on the floor, the other furniture and amenities are nice. It’s a good location to the pool. The staff is top notch! Thank you for helping us!

Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo itself was very good, however the cleanliness wasn't what I would say was great, picture in master bath which is put up by Velcro kept falling off the wall every time someone took a shower, took 2 days to get tv in one of the bedrooms to work, could not find a dust pan, grill outside wasn't the cleanest but had to clean it good so we didn't get stuck with a $50 charge for it, there was water inch deep under sink, didn't notice it until about the 3rd day and it started to stink, had to clean it up, turned in paper at front desk, however never knew until day we left that maintenance had even been there to check it. 3rd bedroom was all bump beds no where to put clothing and very had to get into, no room. Furniture in living room was tearing up, dining table was unbalance, really don't want expensive stuff due to people going in and out, however it cost for the week like it was an extravagant place. Overall I would have been more happy if it had not cost so much! Give it a 3 between 1 and 5.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit is so tastefully done, it is comfortable and has all the amenities. It was very clean when we arrived and everything was in good operating condition. This is always not the case when you rent a vacation condo. The Colony Reef Club management were easy to do deal with and very helpful. This is our third year at this complex. The gym and heated pool are bonuses. There is no shortage of restaurants in St Augustine to satisfy everyone's taste.j

Perfect Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect rental. Great location and amenities. Only needs new couches and recliner due to peeling leather and duck tape used to cover rips. Needs cookie sheets to bake on. Dryer required 2 full cycles to dry any load, that was a huge inconvenience. Other than these things it was a wonderful and comfortable stay.
