Nestled side-by-side on a quiet residential street, these new construction homes can accommodate up to 41 guests among 16 bedrooms, giving your group the freedom to stay close while still enjoying the privacy of individual spaces.

Located in Davis Shores just one mile from the bridge of Lions leading into downtown St. Augustine. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Located less than a mile from the Lighthouse Boat Ramp and plenty of space to park a boat at the house.


Guests have access to the entire property minus a locked storage closet.


Salt Run Rendezvous includes three homes side by side. Two are identical floor plans with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms each, the smaller home in the middle has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The two larger homes have elevators that service all three interior levels of the homes as well as the roof top decks for adequate accessibility for all guests. Each home has a backyard with a heated pool. Below is a detailed description of the layout of each home.
