The living room includes two large and very comfortable sofas which should provide plenty of space for socialising and relaxing. There is a large, brand-new shaker kitchen which includes a double oven, microwave, 6 pot induction hob, large family fridge and all your usual kitchen utensils and appliances. There's a dining table in the kitchen, perfect for dinner parties and socialising. The utility room is connected to the kitchen and includes a washing machine, tumble-dryer and freezer. A WC is connected to the utility room. The property includes a well-maintained garden with a table and chairs for outside living and dining.
