A must stay for a solo or travel couple for a private & relaxing bae-cation! Rest assured, you will have your own parking space on our shared driveway for one vehicle.The Attached Suite is private with an independent entrance. We are on a Cul-de-Sac home that sits in a private country setting on Hunters Lake. Just minutes away from Pine Island Beach, State Park, Weeki wachee River, restaurants, shops, library, entertainment, schools, and hospitals.
The space
This Quiet and calm Suit will give you instant relaxation. In it, you will find everything you need for a convenient stay. A comfortable Pillow top king-size bed with overhead TV with a huge selection of movies paired with Spectrum Cable, Roku, Disney+. You will have a futon sofa with a convenient cup holder /armrest, Vaulted High ceilings plus a remotely controlled overhead fan, and a lite dimmer, set your own comfort of temperature with the included Air and heat conditioning split. The Modern Decor indoors are enhanced by the breakfast bar for three at a picture window and view of Lilypad's and wildlife. There is a crisp clean mini fridge with a variety of snack, drinks, and k-cup coffee for the Keurig machine. Everything is there for your comfort: disposable plates, flatware or to go cups .

Spa like Shower Room with mood lighting best observed while soaking in the hot Jet spa bathtub or under the large rain style shower head. As a courtesy we offer basic starter supplies and toiletries such as 2 toilet paper rolls, shampoo, conditioner, Body wash, 2 Body towels, 2 hand towels,2 Body wash towels, 1 face Makeup remover towel, hand soap, lotion & even a Hair dryer. Also, you can find some cleaning supplies located under the bathroom cabinet.

During your stay you will be welcomed with fresh linens, 4 king pillows 4 decorative pillows on bed, 2 throws, 1 decorative pillows on the futon (we do not supply extra quilts) .

* The wet shower /Jacuzzi Bathroom is designed for the use of one fixture at a time, To prevent the hot water to drop. Please do not turn the jacuzzi on while the Rain shower is on (it will decrease & drop the hot water temperature) There is a limit of 1 hr on the jacuzzi jets (this prevents the motor from over heating). Once you are done bathing please turn off the Jets.

Things to know: No cooking is allowed! If you order food, DO NOT send them around the house! You must get it from the front of the home.

Suite is attached to our home, has Private entrance,there are no shared spaces

Please No smoking in any of our rooms. We will charge a $200 fee to do a deep clean to get the smells out and leave it fresh for the next guest.

*Besides the guests booked we do not allow any other person on our property. NO visits from guests of guests, no sleep overs, no Parties, No Gatherings on our property of any kind.

For everyone security we have Outdoor cameras: One is located on the driveway: this camera records , 2nd camera is by the patio glass door, this camera also records and the 3rd camera is on the main front entrance door which is also active and records.
