WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP:

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom features a KING size Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable base that will allow you to raise and lower both the head and foot of the bed to your comfort. There is also a nice closet with custom drawers and cabinets to allow for plenty of storage space. There is also a Roku smart TV, an electric fireplace with an optional heating element, and a high-quality air purifier to use if desired.

The Master Bedroom has its own private bathroom featuring double sinks and a beautiful luxury walk in shower with a ceiling mounted rain shower head along with a detachable wand. You can adjust the water flow with just the turn of a dial to have the water come out of the rain shower head, the detachable wand, or both at the same time! The handheld shower head also has an adjustment bar to allow guests to place it at the perfect height for their needs! There is also a hairdryer located in one of the drawers below the sink for guests to use as needed.

Bedroom 2: The 1st guest bedroom features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress topper for ultimate comfort. The room also has a flat screen TV with a Fire Stick and remote included. There is also a small desk and chair in the room should guests need a space to work during their stay.

Bathroom 2: There is a full-size bathroom just across the hall from Bedroom 2. This bathroom features a traditional tub/shower combo for this guests that would prefer to take a relaxing bath during their stay.

Bedroom 3: The 2nd guest bedroom features a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses that would be able to comfortably sleep 4 adults total with no issues regarding lack of space or comfort. There is also a Roku Smart TV in the room to watch shows from any of your favorite streaming apps. There is a full-size desk in the room complete with a Wi-Fi capable printer, thus making it an awesome dedicated workspace for those individuals needing to travel for work. Finally, this room has a mini fridge located just below the Roku TV. This helps make the room a great hang out spot for all members of the family!

*** Both bathrooms come with plenty of towels (body towels, hand towels, and wash clothes) and a set of essentials to include: body wash, shampoo conditioner, lotion, and pre-pasted toothbrushes. ***

*** All bedrooms feature custom blackout curtains so that guests can choose to sleep in late without having to be bothered by the natural sunlight coming through the bedroom windows. Each bedroom also has pillows and linens included. ***

ALEXA:
- There are several smart home features in the home that are Alexa-enabled. This includes voice command lights, ceiling fans, smart bulbs, etc. Details for using these feature are in the welcome guide you receive prior to your check-in day.

LIVING SPACE:

The living space is a huge open concept that includes the living room, dining area and custom designed kitchen.

There is plenty of space in this living room to seat the entire family with a sectional that breaks down into smaller pieces allowing it to be easily rearranged as desired. If guests do choose to rearrange the formation or lay of the couch, just be sure to return it to its original formation prior to check-out.

The living room has a HUGE 75” flat screen TV complete with a Fire Stick and Alexa device. This room also features an amazing sound system complete with a huge Samsung speaker tower. This speaker tower comes with microphones for karaoke that are stored in one of the cabinets of the TV stand. This speaker can be synced with the TV for awesome sound quality when watching movies or shows, or it can be synced with the Alexa device to add to the whole home sound capabilities of the all the Alexa devices (more details on this included in the Welcome Guide provided to guests after booking).

On the wall between the living room and dining area, guests can find an electronic dart board to use if they wish for game night at home. There is a laser light below the board you can use that creates a line on the ground so you know where to stand. The instruction manual and darts are in the doors that cover the dart board as well. If you use the dart board please handle respectfully and clean up darts when finished.

The dining area has a luxury modern farmhouse style dining table complete with 4 super cozy cloth dining chairs. There is also a bar area with 2 bar stools available for extra seating as needed.

The kitchen is fully stocked and custom designed to be a chef’s dream space. This kitchen features premium appliances and all the utensils and essentials one would need to prepare a full meal at home. There is also a coffee bar area with a Nespresso Vertuo Coffee and Espresso Machine. Along with the coffee bar, we provide our guests with coffee and espresso pods, several varieties of flavoring and sweeteners, and a milk frother to make the perfect cup of coffee exactly how you like it!

We also include cleaning supplies for our guests to use as needed as well as a few dishwasher pods should you need to run a load in the dishwasher during your stay.

Finally, there is a wall mounted Echo Show device that brings the convenience of the smart home features into the kitchen. With this device, you can watch shows, look up the weather, find recipes with step-by-step voice instructions by Alexa, create shopping and to do lists, and much more!

As you can see, we spared no expense when it comes to the kitchen area and what we provide for our guests. We want everyone to feel right at home and not want for anything while utilizing this space. The kitchen is often said to be the heart of the home, and we can definitely say this area does that saying justice!

LAUNDRY:

We have a full-sized Washer & Dryer for your use and we provide a few pods as well. In this space you will also find an iron and ironing board.

OUTDOOR LIVING:

The outdoor space can be accessed through the back door in the kitchen area. Immediately outside of the door is a covered patio with a ceiling fan and Blackstone Grill for guests to use if desired. Guests are responsible for refilling propane if none is available in the tanks. There are grilling tools and other essentials located on the shelf below the grill.

Beyond the covered patio is a breathtaking patio/fire pit area complete with custom landscaping and an outdoor table and chairs with an umbrella in the middle of the table. There are also beautiful string lights all around and solar accent lights to really set the mood. The pathway lights, and lights around the fire pit are solar powered and also come on at night automatically. There is a switch for the back porch lights located in the kitchen, but the patio string lights are smart lights that can be controlled via voice command with Alexa. There are also Tiki Torches surrounding the patio and a large bug zapper to help keep all of the bugs away so you can truly enjoy the space. The overall ambiance of the backyard definitely creates a true outdoor oasis for guests to enjoy the outdoors both during the day and at night. Not to mention, this property is also in a very quiet and peaceful area away from the city with friendly neighbors and clear views of the stars at night. This is definitely something that you want to come experience for yourself!

*** The fire pit is available for guests to use as well. Guests are responsible for providing their own lighter fluid and supplying more wood as needed. Any loose wood on the property is ok to use as well, just please no chopping down limbs or trees. ***

PET FRIENDLY:

Our home is pet friendly with a $100 pet fee per stay (maximum of 3 animals per stay without prior approval). Please bring pets that are house trained.

*** For your furry companions we provide clean bowls for food and water. We just ask that you to please clean up after your pets. There is a pooper scooper and outdoor trash can on the back patio for your use. For safety reasons, please keep your animal on a leash at all times while taking a walk. There are also pet towels located in the cabinet above the coat rack in the hallway just across from the garage door. ***

SECURITY:

There are security cameras around the exterior of the home connected to SimpliSafe home monitoring for safety purposes ONLY. Guest privacy is a top priority for our guests, and we ensure that this will be respected throughout your stay. There are also motion sensor lights located on the exterior corners of the home.
