We invite you to relax on the river with your family and make a s’more after on the bonfire! Here you will have your own private dock and beaches well. Keep in mind this home is a playground for all four seasons, being only 25 minutes away from mount spokane ski resort and 25 minutes to Coeur d’Alene. The Centennial Trail is walking distance and the renowned Arbor Crest Winery is a 5 minute drive away! However our personal favorite is Rocket Bakery, right around the corner where we get our favorite coffee and pastries for breakfast.
Our newly renovated 1950’s home is waiting for you with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room to make this a perfect home away from home for your group or family.
This property does include private river access, private dock and beach, included FREE water toys (2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks) with life vests provided on the property. We kindly ask for no loud parties, no smoking and no pets. Lastly, please treat our home like your would yours.

We kindly ask NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE ALLOWED ON OUR PROPERTY AT A TIME. Our neighbors are full time residents, and their comfort is important to us. Any larger is considered an event or party. NO SMOKING of any kind in the house or outside while on our property. We do host for small events. This means 20 people or less. Our event fee is $650 additional on your total. This fee is charged once you check into house and get comfortable. Examples of events: birthday party, retirement party, memorial service, graduation party.
