The gentleman who checked us in was polite and friendly and that portion of the stay went smoothly. However, the doors from the parking areas to the inside hall were broken, leaving only one key pad that worked. Other doors were jimmied to stay unlocked and allow anyone from the outdoors to come in. The glass door area nearest our room was shattered as though someone had hit it with a car or a heavy object. Several of the electrical outlets in the room didn't work, nor did some of the lights. There was hair in the bed sheets that did not belong to anyone in our family. The toilet would not stop running and had to be manually repaired inside after each flush. There were people loitering in the parking lots having arguments through the windows with people living inside the rooms. The whole situation felt very unsafe and makes it hard to consider staying at another Motel 6 when not knowing if the motel will be clean and safe, or another nightmare like this one was.

I would not stay here again. The room was renovated but the place stunk and comforter on the bed was full of stains and cigarettes burn holes. The exterior door does not shut or lock and there was a homeless man wondering the halls yelling all night also chased us out of the hotel. I would recommend going somewhere else.

The property itself is older and shows it, but the rooms are good, the corridors nice and wide. Where my stay failed was not necessarily the hotels fault per se, it was because the rooms beside me and under me seemed to be occupied by loud footed nocturnal people. I knocked on the connecting door at 1am on the second night to politely ask them to keep quiet, knocked on their door 10 minutes later and finally asked the front desk to call them. It was a teen with headphones who apparently was yelling & cursing at his game while his parent did nothing to keep him quiet. During my 3 day, 2 night stay, I saw the police respond 3 times to incidents in the building, one time in sizeable numbers (at least 4 cops). Overall the other guests seemed friendly but hardly anyone seems to pick up their dog poop from the front lawn and the staff don't seem to monitor or clean the area but that's been a common theme in most dog friendly motels in my experience. I would hate to be nearby when they cut the grass........

First off, Adrian at the front desk is great. He is calm and helpful - especially when faced with room and keycard issues. We arrived early but told check in was 230pm. When we came back it took over an hour to check in, as issues with rooms & keys and only 1 staff at the desk. Rooms keys a big issue as many guests coming down as locked out room. I was upgraded from a Queen bed room to 2 Double beds as the first room given had someone in it. The upgraded room had a Microwave and mini fridge (very old) Room was basic and clean. Fan in bathroom very loud and toilet did not flush. Room did not have a do not distrub sign, no bathroom amentities like shampoo or hair dryer. TV channels limited and my tv remote had no batteries. Another trip to the front desk. I was given batteries but the remote did not work. Since checkin was so chaotic - I was not provided the wifi or any information about the hotel. Toilet did not flush - I tried to call the front desk by dialing 0 as there was not directions or paper to tell you how to call. No one answered. I went to the front desk to get a plunger - but he could not find it and was going to deliver to my room. This did not happen as he forgot to write my room number down. BUT - Bed was comfortable and no noise above or around my room. Price was the best in town - but still expensive for a Motel.

Bed bug bites, and that wasn’t even the worst of it. The front desk woman was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. We have stayed there several times and were shocked at the treatment of my African American husband, horrible condescending comments from your staff. I will be taking this review to all review avenues, Reddit, Expedia, Yelp and BBB. My husband is a travel nurse and had to sleep in his car before his 12 hour shift with no shower before work. All because he needed his room key recharged and when he asked he received the above treatment and responded as anyone would receiving that kind of treatment. And I understand from talking to another staff member that this is common practice with the front desk employee.

Staff saw me waiting to checkin through the window but stayed outside and continued to smoke. TV not working, hallways smell of cigarette smoke in non smoking rooms. this place has bed bugs and the non-smoking rooms still smell like smoke. addicts roam outside and the side doors that should only be opened with a keycard are broken and unlocked. hallways are covered with old food and cigarette butts. didn’t even sleep there, took one look at the blood stained pillows and booked a different place. avoid at all costs.

Arrived at 11 pm during the front desk shift change. I understand that this is an involved transition, but I was left standing around for the first 10 minutes before I could get checked in. When I was given a room, it turned out that it was already occupied and for what ever reason wasn't labeled as such in their system. Between rooms, I was left standing around for another 10-15 minutes while the staff (nice people) were finishing up the shift change. Finally got my new room key and was ready for bed. Upon entering the second room, the I noticed a "funky" smell. The beds seemed made, but the floor looked as of it hasn't been swept in two weeks (dirt, food, hair, pills etc). The bathroom wreaked of urine, which i then realized was the smell when walking in. It was an ada unit, which I have no issues with, but the condition of the room made me felt as though I was transferred to a run down nursing home. I requested a room change which the people at the front desk were accommodating with.. although it took another 15 minutes before receiving the third key. At this point I was dead tired and ready for some shut-eye. Unfortunately this room was also already occupied.. at this point a fourth attempt did not seem worth it. I ended up reserving a room at the super 8 closer to town. Would definitely not recommend this specific motel 6 to anyone that wants a decent bed. Ive had much better experiences with hostels during international travel. 1 star.

Horrible defently gone down hill
Terrible , took 30 minutes to get my room and even had a pre paid reservation and the front desk didn’t have any keys so had to wait for keys to be brought down, then get to room long ways from front desk key don’t work so had to go back, then room was very cold, bathroom sink plugged not able to drain water

Cigarettes burns on blankets, boogers on wall in bathroom, found what looked like dead bed bugs and jell nails underneath mattress. After unloading bags went back to truck to grab jacket, as i was walking towards truck and unlocked it a very questionable individual popped out from under vehicle. Ended up leaving after 3 hours.
