Great house

Awesome house with a pool and hot tub, pool table, river views and plenty of room. Only negative would be a lack of towels. Our family had a great time staying here.

Family Gathering

Great for large groups, multiple conversation areas, and large kitchen. Lots of stairs so don't recommend for mobility limited folks.

Comfortable and spacious

This home was perfect for our large family gathering. With six bedrooms, three living rooms and two dining spaces. It really worked well for us. The pool table and the hot tub were a huge hit with the kids. The home was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The host was very responsive and worked with us to meet our needs.

Nice place.

The home is huge for 4 of us it was way more than we needed. Beautiful view of the river, nice having spices, coffee etc. Note, you cannot access the river from the property. The hot tub worked well. Some downsides, we had trouble checking in for which the management said they had a change over so hopefully that is solved. You are definitely in a neighborhood, nothing near by which is fine if you know. There are various odd super bright lights on the outbuildings of the house that make some of the bedrooms bright at night. This is definitely not an ADA place, there are steps even on the mainlevel. The place is well stocked with towels, comfy beds, good climate control. It is a 10 to 15 minute (traffic can be brutal) drive to Spokane. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Pool and Hot tub

The home had a amazing pool and hot tub . The beds were comfortable although the home is very outdated . The view from the deck is beautiful and the host was very easy to work with , he allowed our family to have a early check in which was very helpful . The price was well worth it !

Wonderful Place!

This house had it all....so roomy, it had an area to fit everyone's needs. Game room was a hit. Wonderful kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed. Lastly, the pool was wonderful. Really hot while we stayed there, so we all enjoyed the pool.

Spacious Home, great for family

This spacious home was great for our family get together. We enjoyed the view of the river, the pool area, the large kitchen area and that we could all eat together at one table. The home is big enough for group games, watching movies or reading quietly in the living room. There is also a path that can take you down to walk along the river. There was a little issue with the cleaning (food left on BBQ, restocking of bathroom supplies and a few missed spots of cleaning) however the property manager took care of it promptly the next morning. The kitchen is missing a few items: blender, hand mixer, mixing bowls. The large pot that we would have used for pasta has the enamel chipping off of it. There is a large griddle, a BBQ, plenty of plates and silverware. If you are planning to cook meals there-maybe check out the kitchen prior to planning and shopping. The pool is great, however bring your own pool toys if you have kids. The picture by the pool showed cushions on the chairs, there were none that we could find. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and the home really was very comfortable.

Great view, nice location

Overall enjoyable time. The view is amazing, great bonus to have the hot tub & pool (was too cold for us to use this time around). The location is good for either downtown Spokane or going to CDA & surrounding areas. The only minor negative was that the interior was a bit dated but that really did not detract from our stay. Basement was a nice media room with pool table as a bonus. Would stay again.

Awesome place with tons of room!

It was great a great place to stay with plenty of space inside for a large group. Multiple living rooms and game room so everyone had their own space to relax. Endless hot water was nice as well! Awesome views in a park like setting! Tons of parking! Book this place!

Perfect House for Our Group

This house was even better than we expected. The view of the river is phenomenal, the house is very private without any close neighbors. We loved the different rooms where we could congregate and especially loved the pool table and of course, the outstanding hot tub. The house was perfect in every regard for our group and we can't recommend it highly enough for large groups (12 adults in our group).

Cool House

The kids loved the pool. Spacious casa with an awesome view of the valley. The picture does not dissapoint. House location is across the street from a walking trail. Which was an added bonus to explore for morning walks. House needs a bit of touch up cleaning as vents were loud or missing covers. Kitchen is minimally supplied. Just the basics. Bowls and pans for making breakfast and lunches was a tad dissappointing. Only one kitchen towel could be found. Only other challenge was the WiFI was basically off the entire trip. Overall a great trip and hosts were incredibly responsive with any questions or concerns communicated..

Great family stay, but check the description

We had a great time at this property for our family get together. There was so much room for everyone to spread out and a huge deck and pool to enjoy during the day time. The listing description was a bit of a disappointment when we arrived. There was no mention or pictures of a yard space (which there's a nice, large one), so we didn't bring any yard games like we normally would have. There also wasn't mention of a bbq, so we hauled our own large one over ourselves. On top of that, we brought all the fixings for s'mores on the fire pit, which was not there either. The hot tub was out of order which was a HUGE bummer, but we were contacted a couple days in advance and offered a discount, which was much appreciated. We also had an issue with not enough hand towels, so housekeeping had to make a separate trip to come bring us some. This property's best amenity by far is the pool. It's large, heated, and was really clean and well-kept. There were no pool toys or floaties, so just be mindful about packing those items. We would definitely come back and stay, but hope the description is more accurate of what's actually on property vs not at the time.

Jones Family Reunion 2021

The house was everything the website said it was and the reviews were spot on. Very beautiful, spacious home with a great pool and hot tub. Spent lots of time in the pool and the pool area. Very relaxing, and very enjoyable. Also it was very secluded. The views from the deck were breathtaking. We woke up early every morning and enjoyed the view with our coffee. The bedrooms were very comfy and clean. Great way to end a fun day. Close to I-90 and shops and stores. If we make it this way again, we would definitely love to stay at this house again.

Jones Family Reunion 2021

The house was perfect for our family and our needs. The views were amazing. The pool and hot tub was used throughout our stay. Awesome pool. The house and rooms were very spacious. Coffee on the deck every morning was enjoyed by all. We cant say enough or more about this house and its location. If we are ever back to the Spokane and Idaho area, we will definitely look for this property again.

Great Home

This home was so perfect for our family! It was very clean which is so important, and everything worked properly. We enjoyed the beautiful view with our coffee in the mornings. Our trip was short and we didn't want to go home. We will definitely be renting this spacious home again, hoping in the summer when we can use the awesome pool! The hot tub was great though!
