Die Unterkunft war für unseren Aufenthalt Ideal. Das Hotel ist schön und das Personal hilfsbereit (besonders schön war das an der Reception fließend deutsch gesprochen wurde) - es wurde ein Antigen Test für den Rückflug Organisiert im Hotel (guter Service!) da die Teststationen am Flughafen teilweise überfüllt sind. Wenn wir nach Split fliegen dann mit dieser Unterkunft.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage ist sehr elegant möbliert, sehr sauber und mit freundlichem Personal. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Der Weg zum Zentrum ist ganz einfach und in ca. zwanzig Minuten leicht zu erreichen. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und können es gerne weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe im August 2019 während meines Kroatien Urlaubs das Hotel Cvita als Unterkunft genutzt. War soweit auch alles ok, nur eine nicht unerhebliche Sache hat mir den ganzen Urlaub ruiniert. Ein Tag vor meiner Abreise wurde mein Auto über Nacht auf dem Hotelparkplatz zerkratzt (Auto wurde auf Grund des Parkplatz Mangels vom Hotel Personal umgeparkt). Als mir dann aber versichert wurde, dass das Hotel für meinen Schaden(Gutachten erstellt ca. 3000€) aufkommt war ich erst mal erleichtert, scheinbar jedoch zu früh. Seit dem Vorfall habe ich das Hotel in Regelmäßigen Abständen kontaktiert da es anscheinend keinen Vorschritt gab, wurde jedoch nur hingehalten und damit abgewimmelt das sie sich darum kümmern es mit der Versicherung zu klären(auch mehrere Wochen Verzögerung da der Manager scheinbar nicht vor Ort war?). Nun ist seit dem letzten Kontakt von Seiten des Hotels schon ein Jahr vergangen und ich werde einfach nur noch ignoriert. Einfach dreist und eine absolute Frechheit sowas. Werde diesen Urlaub wohl als den schlechtesten den ich je hatte in Erinnerung behalten. Nicht zu Empfehlen!

Top Hotel in ruhiger Lage, Lift und tollem Pool. Stadtpromenade ist leicht zu Fuß (15min) oder mit dem Fahrrad (5 min) erreichbar. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer schönen Wohngegend. In den oberen Stockwerken hat man den berühmten „one million dollar view“ nach Split, Solta und Brac. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The most important thing to me the place was clean and the staff were very friendly. But the shower I’m a bit disappointed because every time we took a shower I have to cleaned up.water was leaking on the edge of the bath tub. Overall it’s awesome place.

Staff is very helpful. Old town is close and so are a couple of beaches. They are both walkable if you like a challenge for walking. I recommend driving or taking Uber. Lots of parking in both areas.

Because of its location on Marjan Hill, it can be a little difficult to find without GPS. We left our car parked and walked up and down to the Riva. If you aren't in reasonably good shape, you might find this to be a problem. But, once you get there, you will find a marvelous hotel. Clean, well run, wonderful staff, good bar, nice swimming pool (and I'm not much for swimming). The breakfast buffet is good and you can tell they take pride in their work. The layout of the hotel is a bit quirky in a fun kind of way and you might wonder how you can get so lost in such a small place (but that was part of the fun.) For independent travelers, this is a real find and, the next time I head to Split, I would definitely check their availability.

When you first pull up to the property, it’s next to a building that is being renovated so it looks a little not so nice. However, the second you walk in that all changes, the staff is second to none. The room was beautiful spacious and wonderful. Visited in October and we were extremely lucky with the weather for our whole visit to split. The hotel more than met our requirements and expectations. The hotel was very clean, room very comfortable & bathroom modern & fresh. Breakfast every morning was good & staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very quiet & relaxing however doesn’t get the sun all day due to its location in between the buildings. If we had one minor issue, it was that the pool was extremely cold however you just had to take the plunge and embrace it at the time. Hotel has a nice walk into split old town. It is a steep hill & takes about 20 mins. It is enjoyable on the walk into town however we opted to get an Uber on a few occasions back to the hotel to avoid walking up the steep hill. Ubers were very reasonable & we were advised to avoid flagging down taxis as there are drivers who may try to rip off tourists. Overall a great experience and would consider staying here again if the price was still competitive with other high rated hotels in split.

A Hidden Gem
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant way to end our month-long adventure in Croatia. Located in a residential area and decorated in a retro style, we appreciated the cozy, boutique feel. Situated on a hillside, our room had a balcony that overlooked the Adriatic and offered a great view. A short walk down hill took us to the promenade to walk to a large city park or along the harbor to the old town area. Accessible to all the “action” by foot or Uber….And the shower was terrific! Great service, too.

Pros - The view from the room ( sea view balcony ), really comfy bed, pool & decent breakfast. Cons - No atmosphere at all, location ( which we knew was 20 min walk from centre) and mini bar prices were a joke. No shops nearby. Spa area was average at best and quite old fashioned.

Great hotel in Split, close to downtown
Simon and his team at the front desk are first class! My wife and i were very impressed. Their friendliness and customer focused care were very much appreciated. This hotel is also walking distance (1.7 km or just over a mile) to the Riva as well as a gorgeous beach where the waters are crystal clear and cool for a good swil after a walk. Thank you and we highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel.
Great hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. One negative was the choices of cut fruit for breakfast which could have been improved. The melon was often hard . Our 4th floor room was very spacious with a large balcony. It did have a sun shade stand but when I asked for a shade was told they didn't have any ! The hotel is a good 25 /30 min walk up hill from the centre, so be aware of that , if mobility is an issue. Taxis not cheap for the short distance from the centre. Hotel restaurant isn't open for evening meals so have to venture down the hill for dinner.

Pool was the best part. Drinks lunch and breakfast were good too. The surrounding hotels were not occupied but once they are the area will look better. The carpet in the rooms should be renovated. We walked into town and back. Bed and bath were clean and comfortable.
