Nach kleinen Startproblemen war unser Aufenthalt wunderbar. Toller Service, super sauber, super freundlich. Die Dame, die unser Zimmer gereinigt hat, war toll. Unheimlich freundlich und unser Zimmer war wirklich pickobello. Einen ganz besonderen Gruß gilt ihr und ihrer tollen Arbeit jeden Tag. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Lage der unterkunft ist super. Frühstück kann weggelassen werden ist der preis überhaupt nicht wert. 1 tag wurde das zimmer nicht mal aufgeräumt und die reinigung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. ich würde nicht nochmal kommen. preis leistung hat für mich nicht gepasst.

Sehr schöne und zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Dachterrasse und die Aussicht auf die Stadt und den Hafen.

“Partial sea” view is not sea view. Be cautious when booking. The partial view is really not worth it but the sea view rooms are amazing.

Sehr gute Ausstattung und zentrale Ausgangsort
Rezeption war nicht belegt, aber telefonisch erreichbar. Gute Lage und Ausstattung. Es gibt zwei SZ ein riesige Wohnküche mit Wohnzimmer, von dort ist der Meeresblick. Die SZ sind zur Gasse, die bis abends gut belebt ist da ein beliebtes Aussenterrassen- Restaurant der Nachbar ist.

Gute Lage am Hafen
Wir hatten das Apartment Marco Polo. Es ist riesengroß mit riesen Wohnzimmer samt Küche plus 2 Schlafzimmer, hat aber keinen Balkon, aber sehr gute Aussicht auf den Hafen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Internet wurde während unserem Aufenthalt repariert und schnell gemacht. Es gibt nix auszusetzen außer einer Baustelle hinter dem Haus auf der anderen Straßenseite, die man in den Schlafzimmern hört, wenn gearbeitet wird.

Great place to stay on downtown split! The area seemed like a lot of fun. The young lady at the front desk was great and helpful. She even found us a wine opener so we could drink wine on the balcony!

Quaint little property. We heard no noise from other guests. Staff willing to help with anything. Rooftop area was perfect for a nightcap! Great location to excellent restaurants, markets and water transportation. Would definitely stay here again!

Grandeur for a good price
From the onset, the hotel staff were super helpful and courteous, the hotel itself has one of the most stunning views and is characterful. There’s lots of bars and restaurants in front of the hotel and also in walking distance of just 2-5mins. I will visit again

Really liked the room and convenience of the location. Staff were courteous and helpful in suggestions. There were a few things broken or not working, the only one that was really disappointing was the refrigerator in the room. We were told that several were broken and they were in process of replacing them. Was offered to use the one in the dining area, but it was locked and could only be accessed when staff were available. Our second day, there were several new ones stacked in the dining room. We asked if any way one could go to our room and were declined.

The property canceled my first reservation and sent me to a terrible hotel. I had confirmation from Expedia. Then they only take Venmo the 2nd time ahead of time. Their information in Expedia is untrue. They don’t take credit card and require payment ahead of time. Their staff was rude and unhelpful

Cleanliness is questionable! White residue on bed
We stayed here whilst doing a tour of Croatia on our honeymoon. The hotel was well located and central to everything which was a plus however upon check in there seemed to be a problem with our reservation, apparently the booking had been cancelled which was rubbish considering the hotel had messaged me the day before confirming whether I was still coming, to which I replied and they then replied back. We had booked a presidential room given it was our honeymoon and were told this was no longer available and our only option was to stay at a hotel 10 minutes away or stay in this hotel but have to move rooms throughout the stay. Given we had just arrived after travelling we opted to stay, there was no apology. When we moved into the second room during our stay there was a white residue on the bed which the cleaner had tried to hide by placing towels on top. I hate to think what it was, my husband removed this and took it down to reception. This was disgusting! The whole time we were there we felt so itchy and I even ended up coming home with rashes on my body! Its fair to say we would not recommend this hotel.

Our room was quite quiet thanks to double paned windows it was clean but the fridge and safe did not work the whole 6 nights of our stay. The TV remote needed batteries so I could not watch TV until the batteries were replaced the next day. Our room was not cleaned until after the second day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They serve breakfast in the hotel for 10 euro but it’s a lot cheaper just a few steps in the restaurant nearby.

It was perfectly located off the main promenade. Away from where the cruise ships come into port. A former private residence turned into hotel rooms. Lovely, excellent restaurants very close by. Was very pleased with my selection of this charming hotel.

The area is amazing. Unless you stay in the Luxury room you will hate the other weird small rooms. The breakfast is horrible and no one to help you with it. Don't recommend this hotel at all.

I had a great stay at this hotel, it was clean, convenient area, easy to walk to & a nice view of the sea. The only thing I’d recommend is thicker drapes or black out curtains to block out the sun at sunrise (if anyone wants to sleep in past 6am) Wonderful staff!

First and foremost that rooftop view is amazing and I enjoyed a bottle of wine on the rooftop every evening. The property was also pretty clean. The bad: ripped and stained bedding and sheets, none of the mini fridges work well, staff was only able to help me with a few questions, the décor is gaudy and tacky, pleather white chairs were all banged up and gross looking, place needs to be repainted. Place felt like it hadn’t been up kept in a while. Is NOT a four star hotel. The rooftop and the location were amazing!

Ej värd för priset . Vi fick inte samma rum som vi bokat . Frukost katastrof, trasig kaffe maskin , en lokal för resturang med totatlt 4-5 små bord och nio stolar . måste stå i kö för äta frukost . Reception vill debutera 32 euro för parkering som inte garanterat i platsen , vill ha betalt hela vistelsen period till parkering . Väldigt besvärligt ljud från omgvning . ej rekommenderas!!

Matig hotel met prima uitzicht
Het hotel zit in een steegje met een aparte opgang. We kregen maar één sleutelkaart en de kamer was erg warm. Airco werkte slecht en de koelkast werkte niet. Het bed was matig (één matras). Er was een waterkoker met oploskoffie, maar helaas werd deze na de eerste nacht niet aangevuld. Verder mistten we een prullenbak op de kamer. Badkamer was prima en het uitzicht over de boulevard was ook goed. Helaas was het geen goed idee om het raam open te zetten, want op straat was de hele dag herrie (bagel-shop onder onze kamer). De inrichting moet net je smaak zijn (voor ons te veel bling-bling). Ligging van het hotel is goed, op loopafstand van alle restaurants en de highlights van Split. Helaas ontdekten wij pas bij vertrek dat het hoofdgebouw over een heerlijke rooftop met zitjes beschikt. Als ze ons dat bij aankomst verteld hadden… Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is matig, maar misschien is dit gebruikelijk voor Split.

We followed the directions to the parking garage, which has a sign on it that gas powered vehicles were not allowed. Of course our rental car was gas powered. The hotel told us to park there anyway. Finding the hotel was tricky the first time, but luckily we only had to call once for directions. The front desk clerk took an extraordinarily long time to check us in. The room was great, it was the deluxe with loggia. The decor is nothing that I can describe...headboard and nightstands were a pale gray velvet, tufted with rhinestone type studs! Linens were great. The loggia was like a glass bubble that protrudes from the front of the building an allow a view of the harbor, boats and all who walk below. It was quite a parade of characters! It could also be noisy. The cold continental breakfast was adequate. Sometimes when I walked into the lobby, it was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke, which is icky for me. In all, I am glad we stayed here.

We had stayed in Old town earlier in our trip, and had a very noisy room. This property was super quiet, despite being located right in the heart of the action. Room was very clean and modern. Great location with lots of restaurant options just out the door! Would definitely stay there again!

We loved watching the sunrise and enjoying our coffee on the rooftop terrace; the city was so calm and peaceful with an incredible view. Many attractions were within walking distance of the hotel. The bed was very firm, but the room was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Nicely located hotel. Friendly staff. Amazing views of the Marina in Split. Room was presented to accomodate 4 people but the sofa bed was indeed terribe for my kids. Lack of basic amenities in the room was another disappointment, no hand towel, no shampoo for a $ 600 euros room. Not good enough.

The hotel like the picture very well locate an area for travel access to all the boat t and restaurant in a 5-15 minutes walk. I am sad I don't remember her name but the lady on the check in and stay all day she was so nice told us everything about the area place navigate to park the car. If you drive they have a garage to park but it's 42€ at day. Bed was big and comfortable I am no happy with pillow but it's me. Wife an kids sleep well. Sofa bed is small for my 14 years but he is 6.0 window in the room just an amazing view. Coffemaker in the room is for hot water and instant coffee not my favorite but just walk to get a good coffee and sit to watch outside forever or get a proseco bitter and drink afternoon just spectacular
