This beautifully appointed cottage is perched on grassy knolls that gently slope toward your private 50 feet of Big Spirit Lake shoreline! The home is lovingly designed for your multigenerational family get together!

Perfect for families with small children that want to be lakefront but not on top of the shoreline. The primary suite is tucked away for solitude and has a private bathroom and entrance. Two additional bedrooms on the main floor provide comfortable and fun atmospheres. This five-bedroom home can accommodate 12 in the bedroom suites with additional sleeping space for 2 to 4 more guests on new sleeper sofas (located in the main level living room) or cots. (PLUS a Babytrend nursery center including bassinet, playpen, and changing table is tucked away in the primary suite for your littlest one!) Two more full bathrooms provide enough space for everyone. The two lower level bedrooms (with plenty of natural light) both provide a twin over full bunk bed. Family and friends will enjoy the open living room with great views of the Lake. The sun rises over the lake and your east-facing view gives you first glance at God’s glorious morning show while you enjoy fresh coffee on the patio or in the sunroom!
The shoreline has lots of room for lounging by the water and a canoe and kayaks are provided for those who want to get out and experience the great expanse known as Big Spirit Lake! Tall oak trees provide a beautiful, shaded yard free from the fierce summer sun for games, picnics, horseshoes and wiggling your toes in the soft bluegrass. This home is located on the southwest side of the lake with five minute access to shopping, dining, and the lively activities of Spirit Lake, Arnolds Park, and Okoboji.
When you are done enjoying the evening sounds of the lake and crackling fires around the fire pit, retreat indoors to the well-stocked game room or your bedroom with its own TV. The home provides free Wi Fi, so bring your passwords for Netflix and YouTube TV to relax after dark!
This lakeside retreat blends classic charm with modern convenience and promises an unforgettable place to make cherished memories with your family and friends. Enjoy private accommodations, parking, stocked games and a second refrigerator for your beverages/extra groceries and water. The kitchen is equipped for 16 guests, and includes a Keurig single and full coffee pot, blender, crockpots, and all the pots, pans and utensils needed for you to prepare great meals. Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply if booking through a channel.
This professional managed Lake Okoboji vacation rental is brought to you by Okoboji Vacation Co., a locally owned and operated company, dedicated to bring only the best quality experience to our guests. To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store; where we offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Pack n’ play or toddler cot, package of bottled water, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third-party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
