Well I just ordered a new mattress from Amazon for the sofa bed which is expected to arrive this weekend so that problem has been solved. The dogs loved having the boys to play with. I hope you can come back again some other time. I called Lowe’s about the ice maker that was back ordered and they are still waiting for the delivery. Thanks, Julia

Sorry, no one plans a phone call or when someone is going to walk in the door but sometimes they both happen at the same time. We get most of our reservations by phone so I could have been talking to another customer when you walked in. If it had been a regular hotel you could have a line to stand in but that was not the case. You did not tell me anything about trash or anything about any of the above. My housekeeper is OCD so it is not like here to miss the trash. I have sent this review to her. If you had let me known I would have emptied the forgotten trash and cleaned up any dog poo you had found. Some people made a fire in the fire pit last night without any problems. It was great to have you and we hope you come back. This is also a great place for family reunions. You can rent the whole lodge and meet together in the great room for dinner or games. I’m so glad you enjoyed yourself. All the cabins are mirror images of each other so when you have seen one you have seen them all. I’m glad you enjoyed yourself. The bikes were beautiful and you know the ride here is beautiful too! I hope you come back soon and bring more friends. You can always plan a small motorcycle rally here! That is pretty sad for you to say that when actually we spoke with the two women who stayed in the cabin you rented several times. They left the cabin in a terrible shape with dog poo on the floor, candle wax all over the kitchen counter, and a bathtub full of muddy water. You reserved the cabin through VRBO and all of the charges are shown to you in an email before you even book so there were no surprises there. You should have received a message on VRBO with all the information you needed to get in the gate several days before.I did see that that message was not sent to you before you came. For that I am sorry and plan on talking to the office manager to see what happen. If you got a rate of $109 a night that is pretty good as our rates are usually $150 per night plus a one time cleaning fee of $65 for each stay. Sorry, Julia Pavlicek
