The NCR Trail was once part of the Northern Central Railroad (thus the name), but the tracks were converted to a smooth, flat, crushed gravel trail to accommodate for cyclists, walkers, and runners. It covers nearly 40 miles, with 20 in Maryland and 20 in Pennsylvania. The trail is surrounded by breathless scenery, and the majority of it takes you through stretches of woods and farmland. 4 night stay and everything was great. Contactless check in and check out. Had a nice meal at the Tavern. Had coffee and breakfast daily at the bistro. Room was clean and quiet.
