The facility was well furnished and included everything a person could need during their stay including a full size refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, a large screen TV, a coffee maker complete with coffee and much much more. „This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. “

„From the beginning, Sarah was so easy to communicate with! The loft was gorgeous (very updated and decorated beautifully), location was amazing (our toddler enjoyed looking at the downtown lights outside of the loft, people watching, and live music), and there was plenty of space for our 7 toddler in the loft! It was also a quick, easy drive to Sugar Spring Ranch for the wedding reception we were attending.Will definitely seek out this property to rent again when we find ourself in Waterloo!“

Lots of nicely restored building-one can feel the history! Host communicated immediately and check in/out easy and seamless. “
