„I wasn't used to using VRBO so had a little difficulty using my phone to do so, but the apartment was cute, clean, and comfortable. Be aware that it is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the townhouse, but it is in a quiet neighborhood with dining places nearby and isn't very far from the Arch and beautiful parks. Easy to find. I would stay there again.“

„Loved the location, able to walk to many of the Soulard areas! Bed were large and comfortable. The walls needs some touch ups with paint, but that doesn’t effect the visit quality at all! Communication was perfect! Host is so easy to reach and emails quickly for responses! Would stay again, especially with a larger group in Soulard!“

„Great location for what we needed. We were in town for my daughter surgery at STL Children's Hospital. We had easy access for everywhere we needed & wanted to go. The only cons that I had for this listing is the beds/matresses were very noisy and not very comfortable, the thermostat is on a timer to go back to a certain temperature making it hard to stay comfortable, we used the oven twice, to make frozen lasagna for dinner and cinnamon rolls for breakfast and the fire alarm upstairs kept going ...

„Both my husband and myself loved the fenced in yard. It was so convenient for our dog. We found the bed in the primary very comfortable, ,(you have to like soft beds). The location was perfect for us, just 6 miles down Gravois to Afton, and hanging out in Soulard. Plus we just hopped on the interstate to go home to Wisconsin.“

„We didn't get to spend as much time on the property as we would have liked but we enjoyed our time. It was a peaceful spot on a secluded property. Meeting Dexter the Donkey and the cats on the property, as well as enjoying the scenery, was the highlight. „We had guests visiting from Michigan and used The Seedling property as our base of operations. We explored Edwardsville and the surrounding area, much of which was walkable. We loved our time at this property! It was very cute and had plenty of space for two couples and one child.“

A full length mirror in at least one room for dressing.
