„Our family of 6 stayed for 3 nights while in Melbourne for medical reasons and it was perfect for our purposes. The proximity to Linacre Private Hospital, supermarket and food outlets was excellent. The unit was spotless and we really appreciated everything that made it feel like a home including a fully decked out kitchen with the little things that make a difference when cooking while away - like glad wrap and paper towel. The kids thought TVs in their own rooms for a few days was pretty neat. ...

„We recently stayed in this property as a family. It had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was well presented and highly comfortable and the hosts were very informative and provided thorough information. It had all the amenities a normal household would making it a home away from home. I would highly recommend it for any families.“

Despite the nice photos presented for this property, when we arrived we discovered that the house (floors, couch), some of the bedding and kitchen appliances (including the oven, crockery, dishwasher and tea towel) were dirty. The property needs lots of basic maintenance - the range hood and tv didn’t work, shower door, shower head, toilet roll holder and basketball ring were all broken, recycling bin overflowing, drafty windows in the bedrooms.
