„The hotel room was clean, had basic amenities and lovely music playing when we arrived. I found the pillows to be a little too low/soft, too high with 2 pillows, it was otherwise great. the carpet in the hallway could do with a re pull as it has bumps all over and could be a tripping hazard. This was not the case on other floors so they coud be updating the carpet. “

„We arrived at SandyHill in the evening and the reception was closed already. The night service to receive the apartment keys worked flawlessly. The SandyHill Apartment is only 5 minutes from the Port Philip Bay with the Sandringham beaches and the Half Moon Bay. Also Hampton and Brighton town centers are in 15 minutes reach by car. The apartment was furnished with a full kitchen, washing machine, dryer and very nice interior (incl. Foxtel and flat screen TV). All equipment worked very well and ...

„The location of the property is perfect and size of the room was great, but it really lacked beyond that especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. All of the plates, mugs and glasses were dirty, the phone was hanging off the wall, the walls scuffed with stains on the carpet, the bedroom window did not open and although having a washing machine in the room was a good addition there was no dryer and only a small old rusted clothes horse. I wasn't expecting it to be 5 stars, but surely ...

„Our only negative comment would be the smokers who have a designated area directly under our room and used it in groups long into the night. Great restaurant - would love to dine there again.“
