Although we only had 8 people (it sleeps 16), you can tell the owners want to be sure that it not only sleeps 16 but has enough of everything for 16 - dishes, seating, towels, etc. They even had two coffee makers that were kept busy with the 8 of us! „We were in town for appointments at Mayo Clinic, this apartment is close to Mayo, set up as a beautiful, relaxing place to be in between appointments. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. It was easy to find and very we’ll maintained, I would choose to stay here in the future.“

„Wanted to visit a corner of MN that we hadn't explored in a long while. Chose Pipestone as our starting point and Toni's Place was the perfect spot to call home for a couple of days. Had everything we needed and more. Comfortable bed and bedding, nice dishes in kitchen and wonderful large bath and shower. A very well thought out remodel and interior design of this quaint neighborhood home. Thinking of another trip to the area in the spring and I would stay here again.“

The house was very clean and recently upgraded, and it looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. The kitchen was also well stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet, but close enough to the Clinic that we walked to all of her appointments, as it was only a few blocks away. „My bridal party and I stayed here the weekend of my wedding. It was the perfect place for us to stay. Plenty of places for us to get ready. We loved the outdoor patio and the location was perfect.“

„Parking was convenient. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite that was very spacious and clean. Plenty of storage if one was to stay for an extended time. Both Mayo and Civic Center were accessible via the sky way. I'll definitely being tell others about Broadway Plaza.“
