„The kids loved being right at the lake, swimming whenever they wanted to. In the house was plenty of room for the five of us and we found everything we needed. One star less for the relatively close neighbours and the loud weekend "traffic" on the lake. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed it a lot!“

„This cabin has the most stunning views! It was so nice to wake up and have breakfast while looking out the window and seeing the beautiful forest and the sky. The rooms were clean and tidy. „My sister and I had a great time staying in the cozy cabin. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch listening to the trees sway and the geese honking. We had our evening cocktails by the fire pit, looking at the stars and listening to the cicada or crickets. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. This place had everything that we needed to use as a base camp as we explored the thrift shops in Carbondale, the antique stores in Carterville, and hiking at Giant City State Park. “
