„The floor was very dirty, no dust pan or broom, coffee was out, and there were no coffee filters. There's supposed to be a cleaning crew, but I have not seen a cleaning crew here for any other room. I'm only here for a week, so I did not want to buy the cleaning supplies that were supposed to be available to me, along with the cleaning crew not showing up. The bed is comfortable. When I arrived, the wifi was not working. After it was fixed though, it works well. “

„Parking was an issue. It was sometimes difficult to find on street parking near the apartment, especially when there was an event nearby, and it was expensive - 2 an hour during the day. There were parking lots nearby. However, the closest ones were expensive. I reserved one that was a 7 minute walk to the apartment, certainly doable during the day. However, as a female I didn’t feel entirely comfortable walking from the lot to the apartment later at night.“

„We took our family to Chicago for a Cubs game and stopped in Lake Geneva for a night. We wish we could have stayed more than one night because we really enjoyed our stay. Next time we will definitely spend more time. The house was clean, and had plenty of space for all of us. The location was 3-4 minutes from everything so overall very convenient. “

„We enjoyed the unit and loved all of the space and quantity of kitchen dishes. We were very disappointed in our ability to control the thermostat and were very cold. The manager told us they “forgot” to change the settings. It was in the 20’s and the house needs storm windows. The windows leak badly!
