„Normal Hotel, nothing good or bad“

„The personnel at the check-in was rude. The room was not really clean, with fingerprints, dust, and dirt everywhere. Additionally, the duvet had stains. We were given a new room after we lodged a complaint, but it wasn't much better.“

„I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. “

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the staff and rooms were great. Friendliest staff literally was there 24/7 and was always helpful. The room was clean and very spacious I enjoyed the extra space and quiet. The beds are super comfortable and relaxing. “
