„When we arrived it was about 10:30 at night our first room smelled so bad we couldn't stay in it we asked if there was another room which the staff was very helpful with and got us another room. Unfortunately the second room the AC barely worked and went kicked on it was incredibly loud. Most likely the AC wasn't able to keep up so the whole room smelled damp as well. We would have gone somewhere else had there been any other options. The hot tub is also boarded over just as an FYI.“

„I stayed here for a graduation at MIU. I flew from New York to DSM International Airport and drove 2 hours to get there. The hotel was cleaner than what I thought. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and not bad at all. Room was very clean. I really can't complain about this place. I thought it was going to be worse but it wasn't. On the contrary, it was clean and well maintained. I would recommend it.“

„I feel that the hotel needs some updating with carpet and shower areas. It was clean, and I felt like I could have asked for anything I needed, but for the price, the hotel was not impressive.“
