„We stayed 2 nights. The room was great. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. Kerrie B went above and beyond to help with a couple small issues. We could not use the pool, closed for cleaning. The breakfast was good at the restaurant. We couldn’t try dinner as it was Sunday so only limited bar food. We will definitely stay again.“

„The property was convenient to everything we needed to do during our stay. But, the door to the room would not shut on its own or open without a big push to get it past its strike plate. The exercise room was locked and not available the evening I wanted to use it. Staff said it was locked by accident but no one was available to get it unlocked until after 10 that night. „I booked a room at Best Western Saluki Inn in Carbondale Il. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. However the indoor pool was “closed out of order”. I questioned the front desk about the closure of the pool and was told it would be opened in two days. It was not. I chose this establishment for the indoor pool, to relax. I called and talked with someone and they assured mes that the pool was open. This has happened before. The next time I rent a room if the pool is out of ...

„Room smelled of smoke, water pipes were loud and noisy. We heard the family above us running across the floor until late at night. Staff who checked us is was also the only one working the next morning to check out and keep the breakfast bar filled.“
