„We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed an alternative to a hotel. This was a nice alternative. It is an older well home in a quiet neighborhood. No bells and whistles. It’s not a place that I would recommend hosting or entertaining but for a small family as an alternative to a hotel it was fine. I would recommend that the owner provide their guest with a full size ironing board. I know it’s small but it’s a very inexpensive way to add one additional convenience.“

„It was a nice place to stay for the night. The host did give us easy to follow directions to find the unit. Though, parking was not great for us a with a full sized SUV. It was a little tough to pull out when the neighbors had their vehicles parked as well. There is other parking on the street, but it was full. And the driveway is fairly steep to walk up. „Well appointed cottage a couple of blocks off a busy street with easy access to the hospitals, downtown & clubs. Home is nicely decorated with a welcoming swing on the front porch. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe & fantastic for walking with a park 2 blocks away. Options for breakfast, lunch and dinner are also close by. „We were visiting family in Hoover and 4 of us stayed at this house. Clean, roomy and had most of what we needed. We suggest a booklet with the wifi info and possibly things to do in the area. But, we certainly would rent again!!“

„House has everything you need plus a fenced in back yard which makes letting your dog out so easy. Heat and air work great. Slept so well in the very comfortable mattress. Very quiet neighborhood. Took my dog for a walk as wide streets have little traffic. Easy to get in touch with host or his assistant. Recommend this property.“

This house was a 2 minute ride from Avondale Brewery, with many others attractions in the neighborhood, and the Uber charges were exceptionally reasonable. Very nice house. Sizeable kitchen, large dinning table, plenty of seating around the table, sofa that would seat 4-5 comfortably or two people could stretch out, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. „We had a great time, even though it was a short stay. Clean and in a great location! We did partly reserve it for the hot tub shown in the amenities listing, but it was nowhere to be found, which was strange. We also couldn't figure out how to use the firepit (no instructions anywhere) and the outdoor space needed some cleaning, but we are low maintenance and had fun regardless! „Tiny but very comfy & clean rooms with everything the traveler needs. Urban sounds abound but that's city life and it's really no big deal. Plenty of food & drink within walking distance. I didn't check out the Tesla but was very tempted.“

„Although "Tiny" this place is much larger than a standard hotel room with the convenience of a washer/drier, kitchen and more space to enjoy. Parking right outside the front door was very convenient. The only thing we didn't like were the microfibre bath towels.“
