This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is the perfect retreat! When entering you will be greeted by a beautiful living room with a large TV and ample seating. The open layout kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities to make a wonderful meal, enjoy a cocktail and make your morning coffee. Our large dinning area is perfect for your family to enjoy a meal! The master is very large with a king bed and en suite bathroom complete with a soaker tub and shower. Upstairs you will find a queen bedroom and double twin bedroom along with another full bathroom. Our space is perfectly designed to make you feel right ay home! We can’t wait to host you!

Welcome to Ridgemont! We are so glad to host you! Please be respectful of our property during your stay. No parties or events are allowed on premises.

There are two parking spots in front of the house and guest parking down the street. No street parking allowed except in marked spots.

When the thermostat is on heat please do not exceed 68 and while thermostat is on cool please do not go lower than 72 degrees. Please give adequate time to cool or heat when you change the thermostat.

Towels are in each bathroom underneath the sink.

When you check out please strip your sheets and place all used towels in the laundry area. Remove any items you brought from the fridge. Put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Please take out the trash to the dumpster and be sure to lock up behind yourself.

Parties: $3,000
We will charge you the full fine so if you plan to party, you should find somewhere else to stay.
If you break or damage furniture you will be charged for replacing it plus a $250 refurnishing fee
