Within minutes to the Village of Southampton, Coopers Beach
and the best golf in the nation, the get away features 4 nicely stated
bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 king bed and 2 twin beds). The master
bedroom has its own bathroom with jacuzzi tub and doors leading
out to the private balcony-deck and pool area. There is another
full bathroom on this floor and upstairs in the 'grand room' a
half bathroom. The grand room upstairs is spacious including
living, dining and kitchen all in one with an outdoor deck for eating
amongst beautiful mature trees.

There is a 'rec' room on the lower level with ping pong, an additional
bathroom and washer and dryer room.

The outdoor pool is 20 X 40 and there is a new jacuzzi/hot tub as well
all surrounded by decks.

The home has all wood flooring.

No pets nor smoking permitted

Very peaceful with working fireplace.
