„Our 2nd stay at this property. Very convenient to everything and property owner super easy to communicate with. It was a little dusty seemed maybe it had been some time since anyone else had stayed there and the kitchen floor had a spill but overall was pretty clean. Highly recommend if you have a college student at Duquesne. It’s just a drive across the bridge and has all amenities of home. Last stay for us as my daughter graduated! “

„This property was perfectly located and adorable. We were going to a concert at the arena and it was a quick Uber drive from the house. The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for a few couples. Although we requested an early check-in (which we knew may not be possible), we never received check-in information until after the scheduled check-in time. I had to message Gus to get the information. He responded promptly. However a follow-up question about parking (permit only on the street) ...

„No free parking. Cars Park on the sidewalk because street is too narrow. We received a 45 ticket on our last night.Very few amenities actually available - no clean dishes, NO Towels, No clean napkins, NO light in kitchen, only Keurig pod available was used pod in machine, broken screen door, black mold in washer, holes in walls, dead plants in living room. Would appreciate some financial compensation. I do have photos of the property.“

„Nice home and comfortable. Enough room for 8 people. Dining table has 6 chairs. Could use 2 or more chairs or bar stools. If you plan to cook, you will need pots and better pans. I’m glad I brought some after reading other reviews. I should have brought serving bowls too. There is a small charcoal grill outside.All in all, my family was comfortable and we had a really nice time. It felt like home away from home.“

No highway noise, no loud neighbors, almost too quiet ;) Plenty of off street parking is on site which was a big plus for me.
