Overnight Guests: Only those on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
Lock Doors: Always lock the doors when leaving the home.
Washer/Dryer: If you use the washer or dryer, kindly clean out the lint tray afterward.
Parties/Gatherings: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violators will be evicted immediately, and house access codes will be modified. By accepting your reservation, you agree to abide by our house rules.

+ DISCLAIMER: Exterior Video Surveillance camera is located at the front of the home which records to make sure the house is protected and we have only one Ring camera at the entrance of the house. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and monitor occupancy and other policies per house guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.
Noise/smoke detector:
In our house, we have a Sentry smart smoke and noise detector that quietly monitors noise levels during parties. In addition, it alerts us to any drug and marijuana use as well as any smoking—including vaping—that our visitors may be engaged in. In the event that there is excessive noise or smoking within the house, we are promptly informed.
In the event that these circumstances recur, we reserve the right to fully cancel your rental and demand your immediate departure from the property; there will be no reimbursement. Please note that unplugging the devices including the ring cameras will be viewed as tampering with it and will result in the cancellation of your reservation. By making your reservation, you automatically agree these terms.
