Location is ideal for people wanting to travel to Trenton, Princeton, Rutgers, New York City. NYC is a 30 min bus ride or 45 min drive.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups !
The space
About 2000 sq ft of space in this first floor apartment. There's lots of space to be used by you. This floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. There is a master bedroom with a master bath (Jacuzzi, shower, bidet, etc) and skylights. The other two bedrooms share the main bathroom which has a shower/tub and double sinks as well as a closet. Living room has Flat screen TV and cable & internet as well as radio dock station for music, listen to the radio or connect your phone via aux cord. Dining room table sits 6 people. The Kitchen/Den is equipped with the necessary equipments and utensils to make your stay as pleasant as can be. You're provided a microwave, toaster oven, stove/oven, fridge, electric kettle, blender, dishwasher as well as eating utensils. The Den is very spacious and can be used as a play area if you have kids. There is also a word burning fireplace and skylights. Guests will have access to the laundry room which will be on the lower level - The laundry room is shared with the second floor tenants but guests will have access to the washer and dryer on the right side of the room (will be marked for easy identification). Central air throughout.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire first floor apartment space. Please be aware that you will have to climb about 3 steps to get to the front door and again 6 steps from the entrance (foyer) to the main level of the apartment.
Other things to note
We are non-smokers so we DO NOT tolerate any smoking inside the apartment. If you would like to smoke, you are welcome to step outside in the backyard and do so. However, we do ask that you clean up after yourself and not throw your cigarette buds in the yard, but rather dispose of them appropriately. Also, please make sure that all windows and doors are closed to avoid any smoke from getting inside of the apartment.
