Please be advised that the condominium building is currently undergoing a scheduled exterior restoration and maintenance project, expected to continue through early March 2027.

Construction work is performed on weekdays only (Monday through Friday). No scheduled construction work takes place on Saturdays or Sundays.

During weekday working hours, guests may experience construction noise, dust, workers, scaffolding or equipment in certain areas of the building, depending on the phase and location of the work. The specific area being worked on changes as the project progresses, and the construction schedule is subject to change.

Our rates during this period have already been specially adjusted to reflect the possibility of these temporary inconveniences.

By booking this property during the construction period, guests acknowledge that they have been informed in advance of the ongoing building maintenance and the possibility of construction-related noise or other temporary inconveniences during weekday working hours.

We appreciate your understanding and want to make sure every guest has this information before booking so there are no surprises upon arrival.
