Our beach home has been completely remodeled, featuring fresh paint, new flooring, upgraded bathrooms, new window treatments, new furniture, and redecoration. The first level features a game room area, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom. The second floor includes a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a guest bunk room, an additional guest bathroom, kitchen, dining, and the main living area. Tastefully furnished with island decor, our house offers a spacious living area for all guests to enjoy. Go for a refreshing dip in the sparkling swimming pool, cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ grill, or spend your day at the beach, just a 2-minute walk away!
Seabatical is ideally located just a short stroll from Texas' finest beach. Enjoy wonderful shops, restaurants, entertainment, and relax on the balconies for amazing views of the sunrise and the smell of the ocean breeze. Stream your favorite apps, ZOOM, eLearn, etc., with high-speed WIFI internet. Relax and watch live sports, local, and national TV channels on our Samsung Smart TVs with smart apps and 150+ channel Spectrum App streaming service.
Our beach home is a pet-friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break/Semana Santa, all rental guests must comply with a families-only restriction. A small welcome package is provided, which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance.
