When we arrived the check into our room process was easy as well as parking. Upon entering our rooms, pictures were not the same as what the rooms look like quite exactly. The floors were dirty. The moldings and walls were dirty, scratched up and rusted. This place was known for being a family friendly place from the description and while during the day the beach was nice. The pools were overrun and at night nobody got sleep. Quiet hours are supposed to be from 10 to 10 those were not followed. People were screaming outside of our room lights blinding us within our rooms from parties on both sides of us. We paid extra for security fee so that way we felt safe and noise levels were at a minimum. Nobody help keep the place secure, except for the people at the gate entrance. We complained multiple times about occurrences of noise and lights and were told management would take care of it. No one never got back to us or they told us to contact the police. This happened 5 times. While we were at our place, there were missing floorboards with beer caps, and other trash hidden in the floor in different areas, lamp had mold growing on. the furnace vent covered in dust as it has never been clean, couch filled with sand. The hot water didnt not work very well and halfway through our trip went out. We asked for maintenance to come out and look at it. They were able to replace it the day after we left.power went out multiple times. Music blaring all night my kids were so upset
