Saida Towers are the most resort like condos and this is offering one of the
nicest 3 bedroom beachfront condos on South Padre Island. This is a the
perfect spot for everyone in the family.
Very functional and elegant + new remodel offers a larger space in a corner
unit with the double size. From balcony,enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of
Mexico with new poly-wood dining and seating, not to mention a rare bonus of a
gas grill perfect for family BBQs.
Enjoy the open concept with new kitchen and appliances, open to dining table &
living area with large windows to view the pools and beach. Uniquely featured
is a long, high top table with charging bar between the dining & living space
that we find as a perfect spot for getting a little work done, or watching a
game while still enjoying the beach views.
For your comfort, we know ample bedding is important, and we have it. There is
space for 10 guests. We offer high speed wifi/internet, 4 smart flat screen
HDTVs for movies, game days, and relaxing after a long day at the beach.
There’s something for everyone and plenty of room to spread out. For your
convenience, we’ve included new appliances, plenty of seating, and an in unit
washer & dryer.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only
provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want
you to be aware of that
if you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a
power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router
to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top
of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and
plugging it back in it will pop up
The condo is professionally managed for your convenience by South Padre Trips,
and they provide guests towels, linens, basic toiletries & soaps + start pack
of trash bags / dishwasher pods / coffee, cream, & sweetener. Contactless
entry is available. Saida has unique 24/7 professional security and 2 parking
permits inside the are included.
We remodeled the condo with our family (of 8) in mind so we hope it will be
ideal for you and your family to create memories that last a lifetime. Below

This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made
on Airbnb:
1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1
time $100 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure
against damages
OR
You may choose to do a fully refundable $1000 damage deposit. You must do one
or the other to book this property and stay here
We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again,
these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict
on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or
older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to
booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes
with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached
photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre
Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign
prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide
your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb
messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do
NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible
with additional requirements

**Special Terms for Spring Break Dates: March 8 through March 23**
Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable
damage deposit. This is per HOA requirements.
