Experience the best beach retreat from our 8th-floor oceanview condo! Fall in love with the sunsets from the private balcony overlooking the resort pool. You’ll also be just a short walk from the beach! Our coastal retreat condo is spacious and bright, with contemporary decor and furnishings. You’ll be in Solare Tower, inside one of the biggest beachfront properties on the island, with resort amenities, like pools, hot tubs, sun deck, tennis, pickleball, playground, walking trails, and gardens!

The Space:
Come here to renew your soul and enjoy a fabulous beach getaway! You’ll have an ocean view from your condo and enjoy the breathtaking sunset from the comfort of your private balcony.

Our stylish and modern condo offers an ideal vacation stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals at home. There’s a convenient breakfast bar for a quick snack or coffee. For a more formal sit-down meal, there is a plush dining table that seats six comfortably. After your beach and pool adventures, unwind on the living room sofas and watch your shows or a movie on the flatscreen Smart TV with cable.

When it's time to rest for the night, you’ll have three plush and comfortable bedrooms, all with sleek ensuite bathrooms and Smart TVs! Two have stunning ocean views from bed! You can accommodate eight guests in our condo. Bedroom one has a king-sized bed, bedroom two features two queen beds, and bedroom three has two single/twin beds.

The condo also has good WiFi, a private washer and dryer, so your clothes are always fresh, quality linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, and 2 car parking spaces onsite.

The beach and ocean are only seconds away. Take long walks down the street and try the beach bars, go solace in the sea or the two large pools onsite, each with a hot tub! Solare Towers inside Bahia Mar has so much to offer for everyone in your group.

The Neighborhood:
South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!

Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

- You’ll be on the 8th floor. There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, you’ll be required to walk down the stairs.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.

Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.

Nice condo, but issues exist!

Have stayed at Bahia Ma 15 years. 3rd ti.e in SolareTower. The condo is nice, but maintence is lacking. Knowing this is a beach location there is sand, but no reason to have sand on the sofa. Owner wants to charge top price, but does not want to put money into property. Two TVs nded streaming devises. Dishwasher leaks. Ice maker leak leads to a big block of ice defeating the purpose. Two cheap plastic chairs, and one broken ratan chair on patio. Washing machine needs cleaning. If owner takes care of these issues, I would stay in this condo again.

Family getaway

Unfortunately the pictures look way better than what we got with this property. First the positive things, the views are outstanding, location was great, the size of the condo was prefect for a family of 6, and check in was smooth. The condo itself looked surface clean however the overall feeling was dirty because the walls could benefit from a good washing/paint job. Like at home our shoes came off at the door when entering and you could feel the dirt on the bottom of your feet. I understand that light bulbs go out and would never complain about something like that but this unit had so many out I had no choice but to contact management to replace. The one bathroom had zero working lights and it makes you wondering how did housekeeping see to clean it? Maintenance was contacted at 430pm and at 9pm they arrived conveniently without warning and right when I wanted to go to bed after getting up at 4am for a early morning flight. The website pictures show a dining room table for 6 but only 5 chairs were there, the white living room chairs are so dirty that I would not sit in them, 2 closet doors were broke. The refrigerator ice machine did not work and was leaking water all over the floor never got fixed in the 12 days we were there. And the picture of the patio labeled peaceful spot with furniture, well that was none existent. One chair was completely broken they added 2 plastic chairs and what the picture also doesn’t show is the construction next door.

Awesome condo

Loved this spacious condo with beautiful views. The pools, hot tub, walkways to the beach were perfect. We had a great week even with the cold, rainy weather. We will definitely return to South Padre
