The nicely decorated living room features a flat screen tv, and offers ample seating space for friends and family to relax and enjoy each others company.

Preparing meals will be a breeze in the gourmet kitchen featuring a large kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The dining area is a perfect spot to enjoy family meals and the large dining table will be more than enough space to host a family feast!

The master bedroom is massive and consists of a king size bed and large master bathroom. The master bathroom features a walk in tile shower and a bath tub. All guest bedrooms offer guests comfortable sleeping accommodations. The second guest bedroom is nicely decorated and entails 1 King and 1 Queen bed. The third guest bedroom offers 2 full size bunk beds (4 beds total). The fourth guest bedroom features a King size bed. This home accommodates 16 people maximum.

South Padre Island offers so many activities for visitors year round, and this home is the perfect place to stay while on your island vacation. The island's main attraction of course is the beautiful white sandy beach! The beach is less than a 10 minute walk from your front door. Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
