Make yourself at home in our ultra low-key, family-friendly condo with a view worth a million bucks. Our casual space is packed with couches as comfy as yours, unassuming furnishings, and distraction-free living spaces. An even bigger bang for your buck: we have a full kitchen, the bedroom has a bathroom suite with bathtub, and our beachfront balcony has a couple of seats for you to unwind in. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment, as well as chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. *We strive to regularly update our photos and listing description; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions.
*Our staff works diligently to maintain sanitation and inventory in this home; however, if you find something lacking, please reach out by phone to our front office so we may address your needs.
*You may park 1 vehicle with a parking permit. No exceptions.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
