Beautiful 15th floor Corner Penthouse 2-bedroom condo with Breathtaking Ocean Views from the main floor and the spacious rooftop patio. The condo has spacious bedrooms, large widows for viewing, with modern window shades to keep the heat out, yet allows the views to come through. The resort itself is beautifully landscaped, with private access to the beach. It's 3 swimming pools (one heated in winter), 2 hot tubs and 4 tennis courts , make this a family favorite. The location of Royale Beach & Tennis Club is perfect for walking to the best restaurants, beach rentals, activities. To rent a golf cart is a short walking distance. Royale's main lobby concierge desk is staffed 24/7, and the property has round the clock security.

WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier, beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, outdoor bar & grill, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds and bordered by award winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment, as well as chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is located walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

*Guest capacity is strictly enforced. No parties are allowed. Noise ordnance is strictly enforced. All renters must provide IDs when Checking in at the front desk - MINIMUM RENTER AGE 25

**SPRING BREAK POLICY* (3/1 - 4/17) only family groups allowed - names and IDs of all guests need to be submitted no later than 72 hours after making reservation. If guest information cannot be confirmed within 72 hours, reservation will be automatically cancelled. Parents and grandparents must stay at the unit with their children or grand-children the entire length of their rental agreement. Minimum of one adult, 30 or older if there are any children over 15 years of age. If there are more than 3 children over 15, then two adults, age 30 or over are required. The condo HOA also will charge a one time Security wristband fee per person who is age between10-32 year old. You can get the wristband at the security guard shack or at the Island Services-for Spring Break 3/1-4/7 only!

Parking was a nightmare

Before arriving, we asked if we could get an extra parking spot for our traveling companions, whom we were meeting there for four nights. We were told that this is a busy time on the island and that they don't usually provide two spots, but that they would offer a handicap spot for our friends, who had a handicap permit. However, they didn't mention until we arrived that the handicap parking spot was only valid for two days. This forced us to search the entire island on Friday for hours to find overnight parking for the car. Here's another thing no one will tell you: overnight parking on the island is virtually impossible. I understand that parking is limited due to the crowds, but we were given conflicting information before we arrived. Additionally, we received no assistance from the front desk or the parking service at the building in finding a spot for our car on the island. As for the unit we stayed in, the photos are accurate, the place was clean, and the view and outdoor amenities were fantastic.

Great Place-Amazing Host

Condo was amazing. Excellent views of the bay and beach. The view of Isla Grands fireworks display was best viewed from the rooftop. The grounds are well kept, and having the option of 3 pools was nice so you never felt crowded. Also having 24 hour security gives you piece of mind. We came down while hurricane Beryl was approaching the island and Susie was very communicative in making sure that our experience was the best. We would most definitely return to this condo for future stays. Once again, thank you Susie for being a great host.

Good but could have been much better

The host, Suexie, was quick to reply to any inquiries. Unfortunately, she was not able to provide any corrections to our issues. The first issue was the living room TV did not work. After speaking to Suexie and working with the onsite staff for over two hours, it was discovered the Roku stick was missing and the TV cable was not able to work. I was left with an apology, but nothing more. With two Dallas teams in the playoffs and my 78 year old Father with us, it was very disappointing that no solution was provided. I ended up moving a bedroom TV to the living room in order to watch TV, but the TV was only 43 inches and hard to see. The other main issue was that the ceiling fans in the living room and second bedroom did not work. Once again, Suexie sent the onsite staff up but no solution was provided. It was determined that the batteries to the smart remote were dead and the batteries were not available on the island. During my five night stay, a Roku stick nor batteries, were provided. Also, please note if you stay, bring your own toiletries. While the unit provides them, they are so small that they can be considered a one time/day use for a family of four. Also to note, if you want to cook, you will need your own seasonings. Only salt and pepper are provided. I have stayed at the Royale Beach on previous visits and this was the worst one. The unit provides the best view in my opinion, but as for the comforts of "home". there are better units to stay at.

Family Vacation

Condo was nice, clean, great views, and had everything we needed. Easy beech access and 3 pool areas made it nice. There was only 1 elevator working so being that we were in the 15th floor, we spent a lot of time waiting. Other than that, we had a great time and would book again.

A great one week vacation

We loved our stay. My wife went walking on the beach while I just sunbathed on the very spacious upper deck with great views of the beach. Very spacious with a complete range of appliances and tools for cooking. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay!

This rental worked perfectly for us, it was clean and spacious and the views from the windows, balcony, and roof were awesome. I especially liked seeing the SpaceX facility out the window, very cool. Susie was very friendly and responsive and did her best to make us feel welcome. The only downside is that only one elevator was working, but that isn’t Susie’s fault. Great stay!
