Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including both living areas, both kitchens, all bedrooms and bathrooms, the game room, the decks and balconies, the fenced backyard, and the in-unit washer and dryer.

Self check-in is available via a lockbox, so arrival is simple and flexible. Retrieve the door key from the lockbox and please return it at checkout.

Parking is available in the private driveway. This is a two-story home with interior stairs and exterior entry steps; there is no step-free or single-level access.

It is a relaxed, family-friendly setting that is still just minutes from the Gulf beaches, restaurants, and island activities, offering peaceful surroundings with easy access to all the fun.



Getting Around:

South Padre Island is easy to explore by car, and a vehicle is recommended for getting around the island and the surrounding area.

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• Pets are not permitted.

• The minimum age to rent is 25.

• Maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.

• This is a two-story home with interior stairs; please use care with young children.
