Relax and recharge at Aries Breeze, a beautiful townhome on South Padre Island! Renovated in 2020 and updated with brand new contemporary furniture in 2023, this island getaway has it all. Enjoy a two minute walk to the beach, island favorite coffee and ice cream shops, Wanna Wanna (a popular beachfront bar and grill), and more! Take in the sounds of the soothing waves while enjoying one of the three outdoor seating areas, including 2 balconies with partial ocean views and a private pool (heater/chiller included).

HOUSE INFORMATION:

You will receive your door code the day you check in. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. The main entrance to the house is located on the right side of the house before the gate. To unlock the door, enter the code, press the check mark, and open the door. To lock the door, hit the Yale button and check that the door is locked.

There are Roku remotes labeled for each bedroom and the living room. Internet is provided by Spectrum and cable is provided by YouTubeTV. If YouTubeTV asks about your location, select "I am temporarily here."

SUPPLIES AND ACCOMMODATIONS:

We supply one set of bath towels per guest and bedding for your stay.

If guests are sleeping on the trundle bed or sleeper sofa, bedding and pillows can be found in the Bunk room closet. There are extra blankets in the bedroom closets.

We supply paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, a small dish detergent, sponge, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Stripes is conveniently located down the block if you need to stock up on any other house supplies. There is also a Dollar General a couple blocks away that has all of the essentials. Plus, HEB and Walmart are just over the bridge and offer curbside pickup or delivery.

Please make yourself at home in the kitchen! It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, mixing bowls, and all of the essentials to prepare and enjoy meals. We also have a rice cooker, crock pot, blender, and tea kettle. We do not provide condiments (salt, pepper, oil, etc.)

The kitchen has a combo drip/Keurig coffee machine, so be sure to bring your coffee or pods. We provide k-cup pods to get your first morning started with a cup of joe!

The house has an LG washer and dryer, but detergent is not provided.

If traveling with children: Kids dishes and silverware are located in the second drawer down to the right of the sink. There is a high chair in the AC closet to the right of the downstairs bathroom. The pack 'n' play and sheets are located in the Queen room closet.

SAFETY:

PLEASE make sure that every guest in the house is latching the safety lock on the top of the back sliding door. This door should be double locked whenever there are children inside and no adult supervision at the pool. Please make sure the side gate stays latched as well.

There is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher below the kitchen sink.

Please follow the house rules to ensure the safety of all guests.

SERVICES:

Please be aware that the pool is serviced every Monday and Friday, and there will be a technician on site for a quick pool clean. Please also be aware that the lawn is maintained every Wednesday. We have regular pest control maintenance and you will be notified ahead of time if they are scheduled to visit during your stay. Trash is picked up every Tuesday and Friday. If cars are parked in the driveway, please be sure that the trash can is visible from the road or move it to the curb the night before trash service.

OUTSIDE INFORMATION:

We have a nice Weber grill and supply the propane for it. If for any reason the tank has run out, please feel free to get it swapped out and let us know so that we can reimburse you for it. The grill tools are located in the bottom drawer to the right of the sink.

There is NO GLASS allowed near the pool. Please follow the pool rules that are posted outside.

There are turtle hooks on the fence to the right of the pool to hang your beach towels.

Please use the trash can to the right of the driveway.

By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below: Please be respectful and treat our home the way you would treat yours. We ask that you dispose of all trash (inside and outside) before checking out. Please clean out the fridge and pantry before leaving. If the property is left in an unacceptable condition with a need for extra housekeeping staff due to issues such as excess trash, furniture stains, or spills, there may be an additional deep cleaning fee incurred by the guest. Please rinse off sand when entering pool from beach. Pool Area: You acknowledge that using this amenity is Swim At Your Own Risk (No lifeguard on duty). No Diving or jumping into the pool. No jumping onto inflatables. No running next to the pool. Children under 12 MUST be accompanied & supervised by an adult at all times. Please use door latch on top of sliding entry door when children are staying in the home and keep side gate latched at all times. AGE MINIMUM: Must be 25 years of age or older to stay with us. Must be 28 to rent from Mar 1st through Easter Sunday. No Spring Breakers. No High School or College-aged chaperoned groups. We reserve the right to ask for ID if there is any question. Our maintenance team has the right to show up upon check-in or during your stay. If messaged by the host, guests are required to provide a copy of their government-issued ID and a full list of the names of all guests staying at the property. NO PARTIES (inside or outside the house): If guests are found doing so, they will be advised to correct their actions and non-compliance will result in guests being reported to VRBO for the violation of house rules. In the event law enforcement is contacted or responds to our property, the guest(s) will be asked to leave the property immediately and the reservation will be canceled. The host will file a request for $400 to cover the expenses associated with in person security. NO loud noises after 10 PM. NO SMOKING (inside or outside the house): If the house smells like smoke or there is smoking-related damage, there will be additional $250 charge for cleaning and deodorizing. DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. If you engage in illegal activity, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS: This property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 9 guests. The person who made the reservation will be charged $75 for any guest that was not included in the reservation. For example, if the reservation had 6 guests and 8 guests arrive on the day of check-in, the guest that made the reservation will be charged $150.00. NO PETS: This property is a pet-free home. If an unauthorized pet is brought on the property, the guest will be charged $500. CHECK-OUT TIME IS AT 11:00. Our cleaning trip arrives at 11:05 in order to provide enough time to go through our cleaning protocols and ensure the next guest can check-in on time. Late checkout that is unapproved is subject to a $25.00 fee per 15 minutes. HURRICANE OR TROPICAL STORM POLICY: Refunds will only be given if a mandatory evacuation is issued on South Padre Island. There will be no date changes or refunds due to Covid or any illness. The only exception is if the Island is shut down and you are not allowed onto the Island. For concerns about cancellation, we recommend that guests purchase 3rd party travel insurance.
