Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon provided! Relax out on the private deck and enjoy the ocean view! Located in the heart of South Padre's entertainment district, our place puts you within walking distance of many restaurants!

The Space:
Our condo is conveniently located on the first floor of the popular Surfside II complex. You can see the ocean from the deck of our place, and reach the beach by taking a short stroll across the street. The condo is between two beach access points. The Fantasy Circle Beach Access #22 and Good Hope Circle Access #21.

There is one, off street reserved space to park two cars - it is tandem parking with one car behind the other.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the condo. The master bedroom has one king size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen for your cooking enjoyment. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your use!

Guest Access:
Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and pack n play available for guest use stored at property.

There are wristbands that need to be worn to access the pool area. The cost of replacement of lost wristbands is $15 per band. Should you lose a wristband, please contact RJ immediately.

*HOA has implemented a wrist band policy for all guests over the age of 10 and under the age of 35 for the month of March with a $25 fee per person
