„We spent four wonderful days in London and at the Hotel Viktoria Inn. The service at the hotel was simply perfect – thank you so much! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortably furnished. We were particularly impressed by the warm hospitality of the entire staff – everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast and other meals were also plentiful and of very good quality. We felt completely at home and would gladly come back!“

„The main issue with the property was that the basement room smelled SO strongly of mildew and the stairs to get down there felt so steep and unsafe that one couple in our group ended up booking a hotel to accommodate themselves. This was truly more like a converted crawl space than a bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed. „Good location, good bus services, great breakfast, lots of shops nearby, I would go back to this hotel“

„Really, this was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Well located, helpful staff, good breakfast, nice big rooms, comfy beds. Good value for money. Would def. stay there again.“

„Very nice staff“

„Tolles Ambiente, schöne Umgebung.“

„Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there“

„We loved the hotel. It's very quaint and cozy. The room was also quite pleasant. The pub was also top-notch. The breakfast was delicious, and you could choose a different dish from the menu every day, which is included for hotel guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome. Except for one person at breakfast time, whose behavior was anything but hospitable. Rude and unwelcoming, you felt like a nuisance. Another guest was shouted at in the breakfast room when he was ...
