Perks include a luxe primary suite, gourmet kitchen, dual living areas, a large private backyard, your own private hot tub, and a two-car garage. Delight in easy access to beaches, ski resorts, golf, and a host of restaurants, shops, casinos, and entertainment options.



High ceilings and picture windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the open living area. In the evening, kick back on the two sofas and settle in to stream favorite shows on the smart TV. The bonus living area features a sofa and smart TV.



Let your culinary skills shine in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with sleek stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Thoughtful touches include a wine cooler and air fryer. While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar with seating for everyone. Gather for fresh cuisine around the dining table or enjoy it alfresco out on the deck. Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, smart TV, desk, and deck access. The en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity, tub, and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms both feature a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom comes with a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the third bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill.



Things To Know



Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.



WiFi can be spotty in the mountains.



This home is not equipped with air conditioning.



The patio furniture is seasonal.



The BBQ is seasonal



Fireplace in main living room and master bathroom are currently out of service.



Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles in the garage.

Street parking is not permitted and may result in fines or towing.

Please make sure cars are parked fully within the driveway and not blocking sidewalks or neighboring properties.

Oversized vehicles, trailers, RVs, and boats are not allowed.



Garbage and recycling should be stored in the big metal bear box next to the driveway. There is a key attached to the box you'll need to use to open AND close the door. When closing the door, please make sure the latch is engaged. Our bears are pretty smart. DO NOT LEAVE KEY IN BEAR BOX. This will ensure that the local wildlife cannot get to your trash.



NOTE: The city of South Lake Tahoe takes the safety of their wildlife and the beauty of their city very seriously. So please never leave garbage outside overnight as the wildlife will find it, and guests will be responsible for any clean up or fines that may occur.
