The space
The house has 2 levels. The top level contains the kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The lower level has a game room, 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.

The backyard is spacious however it isn't fenced in. There is a balcony off the dining room that has a hot tub and a grill.

We charge a $50 Management Fee. This $50 fee provides you with insurance for up to $1,500 in damages. Guests must notify the Host of any damage that occurred within 1 day of checkout to ensure that they are covered under this insurance policy. The $50 fee is non-refundable.
