The great room features an open-concept design w/vaulted ceilings, cozy seating, & a large fireplace. Gather the group around the flat screen 75” HDTV with streaming options is good for an ol’ fashioned movie night or lay back on the built-in sleeper couch & roast your toes by the fireside. The kitchen features dual ovens, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, & more! Plus, plenty of counter space for helping hands will make cooking an absolute delight! During the summer months there is also a BBQ available.

Once it’s time for bed you’ll have 3 bedrooms to choose from. The 1st BR is also located up stairs, & doubles as a second entertainment room. This room features a king bed, a large sectional, & a 75” HDTV. There is an ensuite BA, featuring a jacuzzi tub & a walk in shower. There is also a walk-in closet & plenty of storage space. The 2nd BR is located downstairs, featuring a queen bed & a small closet. The 3rd BR is across the hall, featuring 2 sets of twin over twin bunks – perfect for the kids! These 2 BDs share a BA, which features a walk-in shower & a single sink.

This home does not have air conditioning.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
