*Please note, there is a hot tub at the home but it isn't included in the listing yet. We're in the process of having it permitted, and will open it up once the county approves it. It's a lengthy process so we can not guarantee it will be available until approved. We will update the listing with the hot tub as an amenity and photos once it is.

The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, a huge island, generous counter space, and everything needed to cook, entertain, and enjoy meals together. A large dining table seats 10, ideal for family and holiday dinners.
A second living area offers additional space to relax or entertain, complete with another 75” smart TV and a professional pool table for friendly competition.
After a day exploring ski trails, snowshoeing, or the lake, unwind in spa-like comfort. The primary bathroom features modern finishes, including a freestanding soaking tub and a glass walk-in shower with a rain shower head, creating a resort-quality experience at home.
With trail access directly across the street and Fallen Leaf Lake just beyond, adventure truly begins the moment you step outside.
