On-site, guests will enjoy a shared pool, hot tub, and a stretch of private beach.





As this home is in a lakefront complex, warm weather activities include swimming, water skiing, wakeboarding, SUP boarding, and kayaking, so take your pick and soak up some of that Lake Tahoe sunshine! Amazing hikes are also an excellent option for guests looking to get out and explore in spring, summer, and fall. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.





Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
